President: Harry J. Karapalides, Esquire

Harry J. Karapalides, Esquire, is a distinguished Greek-American attorney, multi-award-winning author, historian, and media contributor with over thirty-five years of legal practice in Pennsylvania. Based in Upper Darby, Delaware County, Harry has built a career grounded in both legal excellence and community leadership. He is a graduate of Widener University and Widener University School of Law and has held key positions including Solicitor for Millbourne Borough and Chairman of the Delaware County Personnel Grievance Committee.

Throughout his career, Harry has demonstrated a commitment to civic engagement and education. He regularly serves as a guest lecturer at local colleges, participates as a panelist for the Delaware County Bar Association, and holds leadership roles in numerous social and civic organizations, mentoring the next generation of legal and creative professionals.

In addition to his legal and civic work, Harry is a celebrated writer. He is the author of multiple historical novels and nonfiction works, with articles published in magazines, online platforms, and blogs. His scholarship includes a textbook on the American Revolution, which has been utilized in archaeological digs and historical research projects in Williamsburg, Virginia, and other Revolutionary War sites. His writing reflects a deep dedication to historical accuracy, storytelling, and preserving the cultural heritage of his Greek-American roots.

Expanding his creative pursuits into film, Harry recently appeared in the feature film Impact Factor, which has been officially released to audiences. This project highlights his versatility as a professional who bridges law, literature, and media. Harry J. Karapalides continues to inspire through his multifaceted career, blending rigorous legal practice, award-winning writing, and creative expression in ways that resonate with both local and global audiences.

Vice President: Eleftherios Kostans

Eleftherios Kostans is a veteran international photographer who has worked for a variety of organizations, agencies, and publications. His work has appeared in Time, Newsweek,  and People magazines. He worked as a contract photographer for the Philadelphia Inquirer for 10 years, and was a correspondent for Sipa-Press Agency in New York, where he covered regional, national, and global news. As staff photographer at Swarthmore College, his magazine work was recognized by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education. His work in the Balkans and Black Sea was featured on the BBC and exhibited at the Greek Consulate in NYC.  Eleftherios is the media representative of the Greek American Heritage Society of Philadelphia, and a co-founder of Cosmos Philly, a community-based Web TV and media program. He develops stories, news and documentary films about the Greek community of Philadelphia and Hellenism at a global level.

Treasurer: Artemis Tsingiropoulos

Tsingiropoulos is a graduate of Temple University, with a BA degree in communications (radio, television, and film). Her work experience spans from the editorial assistant for TV Guide Magazine, account executive for Benchmark Advertising, including producer of radio and TV commercials, voiceover talent, and account and retail executive positions in the fragrance/beauty industry, including Unilever, Inc., Procter & Gamble, Inc., and Coty Prestige Inc., overseeing fashion house brands Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Tiffany, Chloe &, Burberry to name a few. She is a passionate leader with demonstrated success in selling consumer goods and concepts.
